After playing a little bit with volages and settings and testing them I came to the following:

Ratio: 20
BCLK: 195

CPU: 1.38125 (CPU-Z shows that as: 1.376/1.384 V)
IMC: 1.31250
DRAM: 1.5000 (standard)
PLL: 1.8000 (standard)
PCH: 1.0500 (standard)

Load-Line Calibration ENABLED, HyperThreading DISABLED. Rest is known (C1E and such are disabled so I wont write an essay on obvious things).

It passed 1 hour of OCCT Linpack with 64bit and AVX. Hottest core was 75 degrees cesius.

Are this okay? I mean the voltage for dialy use and temps ?

Here is the screenshot:

I stopped my OC at 3.8GHz with HT on. Obviously I got worse chip then others that require more voltage. But still... 200MHz one or the other way wont make huge difference, point is that between 2.8GHz and 3.8GHz there should be some small benefit.

I run my system at 1.368 V now. DDR3 frequency not far from its original. So Im done. Nobody gives a **** about this topic anyway so it can be closed.

My long journey is over. it ends here.
