I was wondering if there is a program where two computers could share files that ain´t on the same network. Like a shared folder with files.

Are you talking about having two computers on different networks appear as if they are on the same network for file sharing? If so, try Hamachi. It emulates a network LAN between any two computers running Hamiatchi, so you can use them for LAN gaming/file sharing.
