SSD cache for WD Green beneficial?

Hi, I'm starting to find my WD Green a bit slow, so would a cache be a good adrenaline kick for it?
I am open to suggestions.

A WD green drive isn't suppose to be fast friend. From what I've noticed, they geared it to just storage or basic things. If you really want to spice up your rig, buy an SSD. Used your WD green for storage and pick up a 128GB SSD or a 256GB SSD if you have the cash.
