What are the differences between MSI's N770 TF Gaming and their N770 Lightning?

I'm planning on getting a GTX 770 this month or so, but I want to know if there are any downsides to going with the MSI N770 TF Gaming instead of the N770 Lightning. Also, would there be any benefit to waiting for a 4GB card instead of getting the N770 Gaming?

Anybody know? It seems like the Lightning has a bigger heatsink and that little reactor thing on the back of it, but is that all? What makes it worth the $50?

Never mind, I think I've found out the differences by comparing the feature lists and looking at reviews and stuff. I'll list them here for others to find.
Features that the Lightning has over the Gaming edition:
  • Higher stock clock
  • Backplate
  • MSI Reactor, which has LEDs and capacitors in it, which supposedly improves power stability and reduces ripple, etc.
  • Bigger heatsink, but still has 5 heat pipes like the Gaming
  • Comes with an SLI bridge and a gimmicky "Military Class III" certificate
The Lightning doesn't offer much over the Gaming aside from aesthetics and possibly binning/reactor thingy to eke out that extra bit of overclock.

I'm going to wait for MSI's 4GB model, however, as I want to be able to fully mod out Skyrim and have the ability to upgrade to a 1440 monitor in the next couple of years.

The lightning also has more power phases I believe as well as higher voltage / better binned chip which in turn produces higher clocks

I see. Interesting. Thanks for the info. Hopefully there will be a N770 Lightning 4GB coming out soon.
