Corsair 350D Owners Club - Page 115

I just bought a couple of AF140 and an AF120 fans for this case but just realized I bought them without even knowing the specs of the current stock fans. So I searched the net for awhile trying to find some information on them but came out empty handed.
Would anyone happen to know the specs of the original case fans?

the only thing you need to know about the stock fans is that they're loud lol went from noticeable with the door closed, then switched to noctua's and now i dont even know my computer is on when its sitting right next to me

140mm Fan: Corsair A1425L12S (1000 RPM +/- 20% 54.0 CFM 20dBA 0.30A 3-pin)

120mm Fan: Corsair A1225M12S (1200 RPM +/- 10% 32.95 CFM 18dBA 0.20A 3-pin)

---

(might be worth adding these specs to the first post in this thread so people can refer to it whenever)

Thanks fleetfeather! I just may hang on to these fans for future builds.

Hi guys,

Kinda new at this have a few questions that I hope aren't super dumb...

If I remove both the HD & the SSD cages from the front and mount a single SSD in one of the 5.25 bays would I be better off with 2 AF140's or 2 SP120's in the front? I have two AF140's on the top and a h60 for the back.

Why the hell is there no SP140?

I assume I pull air in through the front screen and out through the top and the back? Then I thought I read that I would be better off pulling IN air from the back to cool the H60 instead?

Hello all!
Could anyone please make me a huge favor? I need some picture of the inner side of the windowed panel to see how the window is fastened to the panel.
Any possibility that someone of you is so kind to post it here? Would be highly appreciated! thumb.gif

Thank you very much

It seems to be mounted by tiny little metal hinges or something. Should be bendable.

Anyone knows if there is a good mod or solution for the unsightly optical drive?

I just used a razor to remove the aluminum from the 5.25 bay covers and then double sided tape to adhere it to the drive.
