for your specific motherboard, you'll want to find a blower style card which actually intakes air through a vent on the end of the card, rather than just through the blower fan itself.
The 780/Titan reference cooler takes in air from the rear of the card. This reference cooler will not suffer from being sandwiched together in a SLI config. You can see part of the 'rear vent' in the bottom right of this picture here:
The 670 reference cooler WILL suffer from being sandwiched together, because it takes in air strictly through the space around the single fan - there is no vent to intake air on the back of the card. You can see the lack of vent on the rear of the card in the bottom left of this picture here:
