I am still in the process of figuring out if I can mount an EK d5 pump with 100 res (it is a matter of clearance with the graphics card and how well I can route tubing), or if I will be stuck with a bay reservoir, which I would really not prefer since it takes away the option of installing a fan controller and or a dvd drive.

I did remove the lights, but I replaced them with a strip of SMD5050. They are now controlled by the same controller that my case lights are.

I got an old Black Ice GT Gen Two Stealth rad that I'm not using. It has the same base length as the X Flow. There's no way for the X Flow to fit as the Black Ice rad base height to screw hole is a bet long compared to some other rad. Besides, the X Flow has port on both ends which make it even impossible to fit. If it has both ports on one end then it will fit.

the black ice x flow rad is 29 cm long, why do you say it would not fit?

The pump is swiftech mcp655 attached to a Ek d5 x-res top 100

Order is

Res/pump-front rad- BP flow meter- top rad - cpu - 780 ti's - back to res

My drain port I drilled through the bottom T's off after the gpus, and fill port directly into res top

I made alot of sacrifices from the original plan, just due to the fact that my blocks had dedicated inlet Outlet so I didn't want a bunch of tubing all over the place, and the BP dual pump was the same situation where I couldnt use the BP multi in line res 80 due to awkward fitment

I'll take more pictures when I get back from my haircut

hey I am looking at using the ek d5 res top. it clearly states that two ports are inlet and one is outlet and that they are clearly marked, however I cannot find a single picture where the ports are marked. I know the left side has two ports, and the right side has one, what are which?
There are two ports on left side, the recessed one on the right of the two, is the inlet, same on the other side, there are two inlets, and one Outlet, one on each side as inlet. The tops only for fill port, if you look it u on frozen cpu, click installation guide and you'll see what I mean

Here's a update Btw for my build, I fit in the 120 rad with minor mod to the top 240 fan housing, and removing the odd, I flipped it around aswell, I'm leak testing right now, with some red mayhems pastel, and installed a BP in line thermometer to check my delta t

Thanks for the clarification! That inlet on the right side will be a life saver for me smile.gif. Build is looking great! keep the pics coming biggrin.gif

Got it all tested, everything looks good, one thing though... The fan I molded a little, I guess I have two choices... Because the fitting from the 120 rad is hitting the fan, not letting it move at all lol, either I get rid of 120 rad or remove one of the fans on the top 240 rad... Sad

The fitting blocking left top fan

And the pump setup

Just finished up. Still doing some tweaking and cable management. I am overall pleased with the results, considering this is my first ever PC build... Still waiting for my custom CX500M blue sticker to replace the original green. I love seeing all your 350D builds, they're awesome!! thumb.gif

Looks clean, nice color scheme, did you use paint at all? Or ordered?
