RAM compatibility with Crosshair IV

Hey does anyone know what RAM is compatible with the AsuS Crosshair IV. I looked at the QVL but it stinks and is outdated. I have seen some that say it is compatible with DDR3 2000 but I have also seen some rigs out there with this Mobo that say they are running DDR3 2133. I purchased 8 GB of Transcend AxeRam DDR3 2133 as I had Transcend in my old rig but since I am upgrading the new Mobo needs DDR3.

QVL is silly. The better question is- how strong is the integrated memory controller on your processor? Phenom II officially only support 1333mhz or maybe 1600mhz but your 1100T should be able to do 1866mhz without too much hassle. Bulldozer and Piledriver officially support 1866mhz but can go a good bit higher than that. I'm not too familiar with the new AMD chips but I reckon 2133mhz should be doable with just a tiny bit of tweaking.

]I still haven't found any real proof of the Asus Crosshair IV Formula working with DDR3 2133 with the AMD Phenom II x6 1100T so I found Transcend AxeRam DDR3 2000 PC 16000 that has some real nice timings. it is (9-9-9-24) which is some pretty tight timings. I went with it cause most of the RAM I Ifound like Corsair Dominator GT is (9-10-9-27and Mushkin Enhanced was (9-11-9-27).
