How big of a deal is silence to you? The Black Ice GT Stealth is a really nice radiator if space is an issue, as long as you have REALLY nice fans on it. It has a ridiculous 30FPI split fin radiator design which is amazing if you have really nice fans, but incredibly troublesome if you don't.
B-Gears are REALLY nice, they have 3mmH2O static pressure, and has over 100CFM max flowrate.
However they're kinda loud.
You could always go with the unholy Delta 252 fans, but you'd definitely 100% need a speed controller.
With the BGears you'd need push/pull, but you could run them at less than 100% speeds with push/pull decreasing their noise.
With the Delta 252s you'd only need push or pull, but they're really pricey and loud.
If you could use a 280mm radiator (2x140mm radiator) you could use the B-Gears 140mm fans, which have more Static Pressure AND lower RPMs, so in theory you could run them slower for the same performance.
