Dual boot file type

I will be running a dual boot system with 2 SSDs one per OS and a shared 3TB HDD, If I run Mac and Windows then what file type should I configure each drive as so that they work together?

for the HDD exFAT or NTFS.

thanks and neither of those will limit file size or anything?

Nah, one thing with NTFS, OSX should now support it, but you may want to look into if you have to do anything for it to be enabled first.
