Well ive owned 680s 670s 7970s 7950s over clocked all gamed on all..
So i do think i know a little bit on how they perform gaming...
2 games really stick clear in my head... Max Payne 3 and Sleeping dogs.. Both games my 680s could not hold 60 fps max settings.....
My 7950s have no prob doing 120 fps in those games...
Another note that should be made Kepler GTX cards are gaming cards there power does not extend much past that... Where Amd put everything on there cards and they can do alot more then just game.
But the op is looking for light boost + gaming and ido not think will be doing much else... So i think the Gtx 780 or a used 670/680 is his meal ticket... i just do not see much point in a Gtx 770 when u can get a used 680 cheaper.
