Please tell me what your main purpose is for your new monitor?

Do you want a monitor that is amazing for gaming and competitive FPS games? Or do you need a monitor that has the best colors for photo/video editing?

edit - Looking at the monitors you posted it seems you want the best colors possible. I think the most popular one that you listed is the U2412M.

None of the above. I'm just gonna go ahead and say it since it'll be said anyway. QNIX or X-STAR 27" 1440p.

I have a Shimian 27"at home (similar to the above) as well as a U2312 at work. Let me tell you, there is seriously no observable difference in screen quality in general, and I am a person who is extremely sensitive to these kind of things. My shimian does have a dead pixel in the corner which is impossible to notice during normal use.

But that's almost besides the point and not the right way to think about it. The right way to think about it is to realize that the 27" 1440 has ~80% more pixels than the 1080p for the exact same price.

1440p all day, every day.

Thanks for your answers! I want a monitor with best colors and then is coming the gaming.
@atomicmew I can't buy a 27' because i don't have the graphic card that will play the new games on these screen and the limit for high of the screen is 45cm.
Also, what monitor is better, S2340L or S2440L ;

You can always play at lower resolution, if your computer can't handle 1440p in games. Even still more importantly, 27" 1440p kicks ass for productivity. But whatever, I'm not going to harp on the issue, since it got me in trouble before. If you don't want to get the better and cheaper monitor, then don't.

As for your question S2440L is strictly better as it's a bigger screen, but they're both TN panels and are nowhere near as good as IPS. U2412 is better.
