atm I use a mousepad from a printservice with a pic on it. Here could you see it:

Not my actual mouse, but
I am very happy with the performance of the sensor on this "3 color" pad.

I also own a puretrak talent and a white Artisan Shiden. All good with this sensor.

Here a new Mod:

Logitech G100s with thumb button modul from a R.A.T 5.

I use the "already known" PCB for mouse button 4+5.

The original Logitech 5 wire cable and the new 3 wire for the extra button are inside the white sleeved cable.

Here is another mod with my favorite mouse shape (Dell 6 Button Laser Mouse).
Mouse wheel is from the Dell, the buttons I have exchanged for Omrons, the sensor and the board are coming from a Deathadder 3G and the side buttons from an Imperator . I am very satisfied.

The Logitech g502 did not fit my needs, biggest cons imo:

- Sniperbutton all the time in the way
- Sidebuttons location is too low
- Mousewheel is slippery (dry fingers)
- Overall mouseweight is too high

Due to the sniper/sidebuttons i was not allowed to find a comfortable grip (not recommending the g502 to people with bigger hands seems right), so i was actually forced to change something. tongue.gif I was torn between the Logi b110 and Cordless Optical Mouse but went then with the C.O.M..

Specs:

- Logi Cordless Optical Mouse Shell with g502 Sensor
- mousebuttons 1-3 + wheel ^v
- 70grams
pictures! (Click to show)

Ps. At first the mouse the Cursor stutterd - LOD was too low (new + thick mousefeet added), however after the pad tuning the mouse has no stutter. The LOD/Pad tuning tool seems to work really good. smile.gif

That's just awesome. I'm super jelly.

Logitech please.... g100 with g502 sensor with some well placed side buttons. Make it happen. Make some money.

I was wondering how long it would take before someone transplanted the sensor. Nicely done.

If Logitech just put this sensor in every mouse they make, the world would be a better place.
