I wouldn't use Safari on a Mac, much less on Windows.
Like I said, Apple isn't updating Safari for Windows anymore it seems. If you're interested in using Chromium, I suggest reading this page
to grab updated Chromium builds (they're continuous builds, directly linked from Google's servers) and this page
about the differences between Chrome and Chromium, if you don't already know.
In my opinion, I use the Chromium continuous builds and they've always been stable for me - I've yet to find a single page that displays wrong or anything showstopping. I like to manually update Chromium every few days or once a week. Also, with Chromium you get your choice of an installer or the zipped browser files which can be used to create a portable browser setup or to place them wherever you wish!
Other than Chromium being pretty close, sadly there isn't a single browser that does what you want. =\Edited by Lord Venom - 6/16/13 at 3:22pm
