I mean the picture is not sharp
When I play full hd video on youtube the quality is very bad for an hd video

By the way the resolution of the laptop is 1360*768 as I renember is that related to the problem ?

did you set the resolution correctly for the external monitor?
I recommend right clicking on desktop, then check the screen resolution control panel. From there, set it to the maximum resolution possible.
You really need to be specific about the problem. A lot of things can cause an image not to be sharp.

Well looking at reviews it seems fine. It is an ips monitor, so viewing angles and colors +contrast should be good. Ips does have slighTly slower response times than TN panels but u should b fine.
