What Happened to My Graphics Card??

Okay so I recently moved from a corsair 600t to a fractal r4 case. I moved the two stock fans to front intake, and bought 3 AF140 quiet editions for the top and rear exhaust..I also have a gentle typhoon 1850rpm on my hyper 212 evo. So today I finished moving everything, booted it up, and ran the Valley benchmark. The results were saddening. First off, my gtx 670 is hitting 75C the entire time, also, it seems that my cards clock speed have somehow decreased..in the benchmark I was only hitting around 1097mhz and when I initially got the card it was doing 1215+mhz under 70C just fine. What the heck is going on..all help is greatly appreciated.

It's probably just throttling because of the heat, Kepler throttles over 70C. Somehow the way you set up your fans in the new case isn't as good as it was before for the card, try to get it under 70C and check if the clock speeds go back up.

I ran the heaven benchmark as well and noted that this time around I only got 44.7 avg fps in comparison to a benchmark I did on the same card a few months ago and got 48.2 avg fps
