Because my last CM Trigger support really dispointed me, I would like to have a keyboard come with a better reputation,
I'm really impressed with the whole line of CM Storm products, but their support seems non-existant. My CM Storm SF-19 USB Hub died and I never got a response (that was about 6 months ago by now), yet their automated system has the nerve to survey me on my customer service experience
that said, I'm done with Logitech "gaming" products. each one I've had has broken - granted they all broke after years of use - but they broke in cheap ways that could have been avoided if the design was better. I forever have this impression that Logitech is just a big mainstream company that makes their attempts at gaming products - they nail the features, but miss on the details
I just switched to a K70 from a CM Storm Trigger and I'm very happy. I love that Corsair uses aluminum - I don't understand why quality metal construction over plastic everything is so hard to ask for in the $100+ price range. Also I find no use for macro keys, and the K70 doesn't use any silly driver software I have to mess with - I really like that.
for anyone wondering, I only gave up the Trigger because the macro keys started to annoy me and I wanted to try something different. The wrist rest on the Trigger is still the best I've used.
just my 2 cents for any future readers
