And that 50watt heat dump is why you should run Pump>Rad>CPU.

Are you running a res at all?

Sweet job. Is that an Iwaki WMD20RTL?

I missed that he sure does need to run it in that order....

Ok, well i put the radiator before the cpu and my temps have gone up. I've tried reseating and nothing seams to help bring the temperatures down. Maybe i should have left it the way it was before i was happier with 30C than 35! Well if i can't figure out how to get it running 30C then i might go back to pump-cpu-rad-Tline.

Ok i've moved the fans around a little, getting 32-33C. I should have tested to see if i was getting 30C when i got home from work instead of jumping the gun. That way i would know what temperatures i was getting today and not baseing it off yesterdays results.

Yeah ambient room and source temps can make a huge difference.

Since I switched to WC, I've used Ceramique instead of AS5.
The Ceramique is designed for lower temps and cures in 24hrs.
Shin-Etsu takes 96hrs cure time, with 2-3ºC lower temps than
Ceramique; as I'm just now discovering.

Rad fan shrouds do help, even if you only use gutted fan housings;
and I've found that pulling the air through the rad is more effective.

LOL, well i have 2 standard fans pulling through which i don't think are helping. Then i have a big 12 inch fan blowing through the front =) Would anyone like to see a picture, It sure helps though but a little louder than i would like.

Pics would really help, and we are a curious lot.

And running the pump external might help lower temps.

Here's an older pic of my external system, the D5 is directly under the ghetto res:
