Ok i've figured out what the problem is, i believe my block may be a little to heavy. Or that i may have put a little too much stress onto the motherboard. The computer works, just as long as i don't clamp the cpu in I guess i just need to either see if i can fix this, or buy a new motherboard. So it looks as if i wasn't being so careless after all. Maybe still careless about the motherboards strength when tightning my block down.

You have to be very careful with WCing. The second you rush it you'll wish you didn't

I doubt your block is too heavy, my first blocks weighed in at 685 grams, ask Dryad, he has one, maybe you are just mounting it too tight.

yeah you're absolutely right, i was tightening the block down like a mad man lol. Well i'm glad i have figured out what i did wrong and not still stumped with this problem. I'm going to replace this motherboard and next time not to tighten the screws so much. I wanted the blocks to be solid and not move lol. I guess they need a little leeway.

I read somewhere that the optimal mounting pressure is like 16lbs, don't know how you measure that but it is not as much as you would think.

If a tuniq isn't too heavy when its weight is so far off the board, I doubt a WB of comparable weight would weigh too much. I probably tightened my tuniq too much because I didn't want it to fall off. lol

I found out that the motherboard is working afterall. My initial suspicions was correct, the cpu is toast. I must have put too much thermal compound on my naked +3800 X2
