what i have done is,
i kept the stock fans in the place they are in. on the top i have a H100i and that is set to passive cooling. the cace fans are jsut on with a 12V supply not regulated. and the temps of my cpu is just fine. however my GPU gets nice and toasty BUT i think my GPU is **** as when i got it the shround was loose and a few other things... but i want to do the step-up program with my GPU anyway.
now with me onyl having efectivly 1 fan blowing in I am thinking of making the rear fan to blow in as i know i do nto have enought positive pressure in the case because effectivly i ahve 4 fans blowing out and 1 blowwing in.
can i say... your fan setup and hdd setup.
install the hdd cage again for the top section and remove the bottom section for the hdd's.
the front blowing in slowly to cool HDDS... nothing more
the bottom fan blowing into the case is to provide cool air for the GPU so it can be at max RPM.
the rear fan blowing in. the CPU cooler move 180 degrees
the left top fan blowing in
the top right hand fan blowing out
this will almost make the top and bottom 2 diffrent locations for the air and cooling.
then the cpu has its own dedicated fan setup.
the GPUand CPU will have its own fan setup.
with the top can config liek that it WILL keep the ram and NB and everything else nice and cool as well as air is blowing over it all.
WHAT DOES EVERYONE ELSE THINK OF THIS?
