I am looking to upgrade to 770 and I would like to know which graphics card would have more performance power.

The EVGA card is reference-based, whereas the MSI Lightning has a custom PCB and other modifications. As such, I'd expect the Lightning to have more potential.

the MSI Lightning is a better card in terms of build quality. and generally the 680 Lightning has been the fastest among GTX 680s on ocn. GTX 770 lightnings should keep up that tradition.

I've been a fan of MSI for years now and can't wait to get a 770, specifically for BF4. What are the odds that the price will go up over the summer as the BF4 beta approaches and then by launch of the game in Oct? 680's aren't coming down in price at all despite the 7xx series launch.

I like EVGA. But nothing beats the Lightning.
