Whats the deal with the bitspower "dual rotary" 45 degree fittings?

What do they mean dual rotary? In the description it says 2 points of rotation but how does that differ from other 45 degree fittings?

Makes tube bend shaping much easier and takes a bit of tension off the tubes, Otherwise, you could just stack 45s.

EDIT:
Whoops, misread the title and thought you were talking about 90s redface.gif

rotary usually has nothing to do with the angle of the fitting. . .
can you see the different between these two fittings?
single rotary

see how the single rotary fitting doesn't have a second place where it can rotate?, that's what makes it a dual rotary 45 fitting

second link not working. I see the first one you linked was just an extender.

I'm looking at these here http://www.frozencpu.com/cat/l3/g30/c409/s1610/list/p1/Liquid_Cooling-Fittings-Compression-38_x_58_Compression_45-Page1.html

They are all rotary but the bitspower ones say they are dual rotary and are also double the price of the others. Not sure what the difference between the rest are.

Both end points can rotate on those dual rotaries. The compression fitting side rotates if you need to... helps prevent tube twisting. I have a couple in my own build.
