Ditto.

Just did a search/look over at the XFX and couldn't find anything of the sort.

I've only heard of eVGA and their Step-Up Program.

eVGA has a step-up program, not XFX, XFX has a double lifetime warranty.

double lifetime warranty just means you can sell the Video card and it's still under warranty with XFX

Could someone tell me about eVGA's step up program? What exactly does it mean?
Well you send it back, and some money and you can "step up" to another card - but you can only do this for the first 90 days, Usefull if a new card comes out
