I'm thinking on changing my old g400 for this one, and i read that this mouse have some problems with some pads, and SS 9HD its not a unicolor pad, Anyone test this combo?

Also read that the mouse its bad for games like Dota , because its bad for rigth click spamming, its that true?

Sorry for my bad English.

yes kinda true.. the buttons dont like fast clicking action because they are pretty resistant. you can click faster with omrons.. they use huanos.

Why would you swap from G400 to EC2, unless you are definitely wanting a smaller mouse? If you want a mouse of similar size then go for the EC1 eVo.

I can't comment on the stiffness of the clicks for Dota/SC2 type games, but they are perfectly fine for FPS games.

Its an old g400, the one with prediction, and i will prefer a mouse without it. I was thinking that the ec2 and g400 have the same size, Maybe i will go for a Savu, since the new g400s its not available in my country yet.

you can call logitech support and tell them you wanted a mouse without prediction or that your mouse is faulty or sth. they just require your product ID and will likely send you a replacement g400 of the newer batch without prediction or even a g400s

The EC2 evo works fine with the 9hd, I used one on a 9hd for months.

Also, shape wise the ec2 is a bit smaller (and more ergonomic) than than the 400. I find it infinitely more comfortable than the 400, mainly because of that moronic hump on the 400.
