search programs and files, and then type,

%appdata%

Click roaming

Tap "Alt" on your keyboard and go into "tools" and then folder options, then "view" and "under hidden files and folders", select "show hidden files, folders and drives".


Now go back into Roaming\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Quick Launch\User Piinned\Start Menu


And now delete the user pinned icons you don't want.
