Best gaming editing software?

Thread Starter
Hello, I am searching for a good gaming editing software that I can use to add special effects, such as slow mo and 3d text etc.

I was looking at adobe after effects or Sony Vegas.

What would you recommend ?

You mean video editing programs?

Sony Vegas, Premiere Pro, After Effects.

For good slow motion at least have a source of 60 fps and make the slow motion sections 30fps (1/2) so it's some what smooth.

Either one is fine. Make sure it has CUDA support, i'm not entirely sure if Vegas has

After Effects is fantastic, but its not meant for editing longer videos, and its funny with previewing sound. You definitely couldn't edit sound in AE. Adobe Premier is supposed to be very good, I will be switching over to it soon from Final Cut (don't run a Mac anymore). But its meant more for editing long feature length films, so there's less tools for colour correction, and effects (although I believe they are still there, they're just not as complete as AE's).

Don't know anything about Vegas, but I know its popular with game-play editors.

AE for effects, Premier for editing.
