you can't contact the company by phone or anything? seems to be laziness on their part... can you get it same price somewhere else? might need to cancel and take your business elsewhere if they can't even give you some kind of status update... also make sure to review the business on the net to possibly ward off other potential customers that will end up in same boat as you.
BTW- some of the internet sites are actually just resellers with no physical inventory... meaning that everything you order goes automatically to backorder, and depending on the item, they try to buy from the cheapest merchant available at time of backorder... so it's quite possible your seller is waiting on another company to fulfill the backorder for them, they can even drop-ship (ship it from their seller directly to you) in which case, they probably run into big market sellers that don't mess with tracking orders and BS like that.
i should look at forum before opening mouth... thought this was a third party company/site you were talking about... if you're referring to case labs then simply contact them and see what's up. They most likely are having to deal with exports and international details.. and probably might not be able to offer tracking if it is sent economy class shipping.Edited by Blue Dragon - 6/18/13 at 4:33am
