Scythe Samurai ZZ Rev.B + 2500K

I'm about to buy a new CPU Cooler called Scythe Samurai ZZ Rev.B.I have a I5-2500K,and I want to overlock it to 4.3-4.5Ghz.Is the new cpu cooler is enough to keep it cool?I want to keep temps below 70-75C° is it possible with this new cooler? My current CPU cooler is a Freezer 7 Pro.Idle temps:35-40 load temps:55-60-65-70 depending on the game, with Prime 95 and Orthos temps are 65-70C° and my CPU is not overclocked.
My case is a XDL Hero 24B with a big fan on the side,i have two 12CM cooler master fans in the case too.
Thanks in advance!

I don't think you will see much of any difference from your present cooler.

Where are you located?
What is your budget?
What is your CPU to sidecover clearance?

How much room do you have between the surface of your CPU and the side cover or side cover fan?
How much room do you have between the surface of your motherboard and the side cover or side cover fan?
How tall is the tallest cooler that will fit?

I live in Hungary and i buy from a local computer hardware shop.Sometimes I order stuff online.

My case isn't that big so,I dont have many room.My current CPU cooler almost hits my big sidecover fan.So I can't buy taller CPU cooler thats why I wanted to buy a smaller and a better one.
Sorry for my English.

You English is fine.

The cooler you have now is 127mm tall. So you need a cooler no taller than 127mm.. maybe 130mm??

There are not really any high performance coolers that will fit.

Maybe remove your side fan? Doing that would give you another 25-27mm.. so you could fit a 154-155mm tall cooler.

Something like the Thermalright True Spirit 120M (same as True Spirt 120 but shorter)
