Is this possible. I dont see a multiplier in the bios. Would I have to load a different bios to do this?

You can overclock it, you just can't change the multipler. Just raise your FSP, that will overclock it.

I think he meant FSB; front side buz unit: mhz

mhz X multipler = clock speed

not FSP but FSB (Front Side Bus).

The multiplyer (3800 stock at 10) multiplied by the FSB gives you your clock speed. Take for example the 3800, FSB 200, Multi 10x gives 2.0ghz. Now my overclock, 245FSB, 10x multi gives 2.45 ghz.

Somewhere in the bios you should find the adjustment for the FSB. You may have to change an option from automatic to manual to let you adjust things.

Ok, I got it to work. There was a manual setting but on a different page other than the cpu page. I set it to 220 so now I have 2.2ghz. I dont want to set it too high until I get the Tuniq Tower. After I get the tower how high can this cpu safely run?

OK thanks! I will try 2.6 and see if that works!

Update-Looks as though I have to keep it on auto or the computer hangs even at 2.2ghz. Looks like I need better cooling before I can do anything!

No, you have 2200MHz, or 2.2GHz. You can set it as high as you want until you apply more voltage because your CPU only gets hotter when you apply more voltage. Voltage = a higher stable overclock. See how high it overclocks on stock voltage (1.35v), then, once you get your Tuniq Tower, apply more voltage and get a better overclock. If I remember right, my X2 3800+ hit 2.6GHz at stock voltage. Of course, your mileage will vary.

I see now... I have a 3800 X2 too, and it would restart while playing a game at 2.2 GHz. If I get better cooling it will remedy this? (I am a noob at overclocking too )

No, you just may need to up the voltage a tad (or something else is causing the problem), although I don't recommend this until you do your fair share of reading about Overclocking..
