Before you even ask, understand that HDMI typically can't go beyond 50 meters for 1080p. If the server is right next to the room with all the ports in it, you could make this work. Otherwise, trouble.

yes, I do understand that. The longest cable will be less than 50m, that I am sure of. The house is rather large, but the server will be in a sort-of centralized location in the basement, so that will not be a problem. Also, would it be possible to send multiple HDMI signals through 1 cable and have it split off to different TVs?
