Ok i need some feedback, i need a new ATX motherboard for my build but unsure about spending $400 on new board in case there is a motherboard refresh this fall for Ivy Bridge-E, when looking on newegg i noticed the ASRock Fatal1ty X79 Professional matches most the specs of Asus Rampage IV Formula and only cost $270

Ive never owned a ASRock board and no nothing of there reliability, customer service, and RMA process, are they a good company and how does the Fatal1ty Pro stack up to the RIVF?
