Random Game Crash? Need Help!

Only Happens in CS GO

This has been happening to me for a while now. Does not do it on my other computer. Sometimes I can get through a whole match. Sometimes only 1 round. Game crashes and closes, and a loud sound loops in my headhpones until I restart. Really sucks and have no idea what causes it. Have tried all different drivers / reformatted / different parts. etc. Still no luck

PC Specs:
Intel i5 3570K
Gigabyte Z77-UD3H Motherboard
MSI GTX 670 OC PE
16GB G.Skill Ripjawz 1600mhz ram
1.5TB Seagate Barracude HD
Xonar DG Sound Card
XFX 750watt PSU

What other programs are running in task manager? You should close anything that might cause a possible conflict, for example if you had an injector hook, Fraps, and Xfire all running at the same time, you've got 4 in-game overlay ui's (including steam in-game ui) running in the cs:go exe. Disable every in-game ui that you don't need, you do not need them. Also if you did previously have an injector installed, you may have forgotten to delete the remaining files which is dxgi.dll, d3d9.dll, shaders folder / fx folder, log, preset config, and settings config.

That's all I could really suggest to you.
