I don't think its been confirmed, just listed as recommended under the specs. I want this game but it's a little too quiet and no video of the game play for this version has me a little bit apprehensive.

Its been told it will use directx 11 and if you know how the console version plays just picture it having med-high-ultra settings at 60fps and 1080p resolution which those 3 alone compared to console version being lower specs its worth to buy at 30$. Dont get me wrong tho the console version looks good but most def i will be playing the blast out of it on the pc version for sure you really cant go wrong getting mk on pc

I would assume the DirectX API version used has something to do with the lack of XP support and XP only supporting DX9. This should support at least DX10.

What kind of graphics would you like for a Mortal Kombat game? Tessellated skin dimples on each characters fingers?

I liked how mortal kombat came out on consoles but now that we get to see better resolution, framerate on pc version its going to give mortal kombat a cleaner/smoother feel to it. Just seeing it on 1080p is what im hyped about i couldnt half way stand seeing it on consoles with its upscaled resolution

Because that's what profesionally means, being just good at a game does not make you a professional.

So many kids nowadays call themselves "pro" at a game, but they don't actually make any money with it.
Actually yeah I get paid to play MK(On Sega Genesis and Arcade Machines), Halo, and Battlefield. I also.make my living by doung taxidermy and professionally painting miniatures such as Warhammer and Malifaux. I'm also a business man and venture capitalist.

Your sole income is not from MK therefore youre more like a semi-pro at best. The term professional has completely lost ots meaning these days now that everyone is "pro" at everything and im not just talkimg video games either

$30 in US and about 40€ in Europe, just like deadpool. I do hope that doesn't happen. Is this going to be on steam?

Well I guess NFL Players are semi pro. They make money from commercials and endorsements.
