I cannot figure out overcocking on my motherboard's BIOS

I've been trying to figure out how to overclock my processor for a couple of days, and I couldn't find a guide suited to my motherboard. I tried going off what I learned form the other guides, but I seem to be having problems. My temperatures are reaching about 70C on the Blend test for Prime95 (except one core which stays below 70C) for 4.3 GHz and 1.290 vcore. I'll post picture from my BIOS now.

Noctua NH D14
Biostar TZ77XE3
550W Rosewill Hive
Samsung Green RAM

Thank you all.

Why can't you up the clock on the motherboard? I see the option there. I don't think you have much room if your already at 70C

I was pointed to use the turbo clock option instead. And most of these settings are not adjusted(well). I'd adjust stuff but I have a hard time telling what a lot is.
