What mATX mobo should I buy?

I'm building my first custom PC this summer and need help choosing a motherboard. I want to go with a matx Intel, to stay compact without losing much features. I'm not a huge enthusiast, but might do minor over clocking. (4.0 - 4.5ghz).

I'm in between getting the:

Asus maximus VI gene z87

http://www.amazon.com/ASUS-Maximus-VI-GENE-Motherboard/dp/B00CRJUGTC

Or Asus gryphon z87

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813131977

I would like to stay with an all black mobo like the gryphon (with armour)

FYI: Anything less than 4 multis (400MHz over Turbo Boost when Base clock or BCLK is set to 100MHz) is a waste of time because CPUs that aren't unlocked can do 400MHz over Turbo (on Z87 boards).

Of those two the Z87 Gryphon is probably better value

Thanks, I'll go with the gryphon, I also don't need the 2 x16 pcie slots for sli on the gene.

Actually, it's been confirmed that non-K Haswells are locked-down.
