GTX 670 vs 770

Thread Starter
I'm picking out components for a new system for my brother. I deciding on a i5 4670 for the CPU. But for the GPU, I was thinking of the GTX 770. But then I thought, since I have a GTX 670 FTW, I could buy him the same card as me. And when next years new GPUs come, I could buy myself a new GPU and give him my old one for SLI.

What do you guys think I should do? Also, how much do you think the GTX 670's price will drop in the next month?

Just buy a used 670, as they don't have to match in order to SLI.

Right now the cheapest Canadian price for a 670 FTW is $349 AR $20 @ Memory Express, and honestly I can't imagine it getting much cheaper (as its original MSRP was $419).

For comparison, the cheapest 770 is Gigabyte's WindForce 3X model ($399 @ Direct Canada).
