First a warning, I am a die hard Nintendo fan and nothing will ever convince me otherwise. Remember I'm not attacking you, so don't take offense. I just love debates.
Going by your logic...
If you want another computer, get a 360. If you want a gaming console, get a Wii. That should be enough, but I'm going to respond a little more to your post.
Since when did having a 360 instantly make you "cool" and having a Wii instantly got you laughed at by the "cool" people. I don't know about you, but if "cool" people aren't open to innovation and progression, then I don't want to be "cool". So laugh at me. I have a Wii and I love it. Laugh at my friend, who offered to trade me his 360 for my Wii. Laugh at all of the other people who bought the Wii. It's still unavailable you know, every week stores are getting huge amounts of them, and they are all gone in less than 5 minutes. A Toys"R"Us near my house got 65 last Sunday (two days ago), and there were 90-100 people in front of the store 3 hours before it even opened.
And about online play, SSB:Brawl is going to have multiplayer online. And I'm sure many other titles will too. The capability for multiplayer is there, it just isn't really implemented in the limited selection of launch titles.
Oh and there's one more thing I need to respond to.
|if you are 16 and under and dont mind game cube graphics and have the energy to swing a controller over and over and over with out getting tired or board then by all means go for the wii..
This is really wrong. The graphics are a lot better than the Gamecube. There is no doubt about that. And how much energy does it take to move your mouse? That's about how much energy it takes to move the Wii controller. Please don't bash things when you haven't even tried them. And yes, I have played the 360. I've played Gears of War. And while it is a great game and the graphics are pretty cool, I'd rather stick with my Wii.
End angry Nintendo fan response.
