Gigabyte GA-990FXA-UD5 (Issues With FX8350)

I took the plunge and got the FX-8350

Nice CPU.

Now if my computer would stop acting like a piece of **** then maybe I could use it.

Since the installation of the CPU, my computer has locked up randomly, and Windows 8 just stops responding to different tasks, but wait I am getting a little ahead of myself.

Here is my rig specs:

MOTHERBOARD: Gigabyte GA-990FXA-UD5 (Bios F11)
PSU Antec 1100w
CPU: AMD Vishera FX-8350 (Obviously)
COOLER: Corsair H70 Push+Pull Configuration
RAM: 32gb DDR-1333 Corsair XMS3 (Showing up as 32751) in the BIOS
CASE: ANTEC 1200
BOOT1: Segate Enterprise 1TB 7200 - 128MB Cache
STORAGE 3x3 Seagate Internals & 3x4tb Seagate Internals
OPTICAL: LG: BDR-XL

Temperature wise its all over the place, it can be 20c, drop to 18c, then shoot up to 31c, then to 38c. This was taken with HWMonitor followed up with Speccy.

I don't really overclock as I am using just the H70 Cooler.

Everything in my BIOS is set to auto. When a friend said I should list the specs manually there are a lot of specs and I don't have the values for them. Now I'm thinking my motherboard may be the culprit since I have changed CPUs which I highly doubt because for a year it ran a 1090t without any issue.

I plan on removing Windows 8, its ugly, and its caused me additional headaches.

What I have done so far:

Memtest x86 for 4 hours: No Errors
Reformatted, just 6 times.

Also note I am getting some of the slowest copy speeds but I believe that to be a result of TeraCopy 32bit.

Also I noticed on the CPU switch that the BIOS is showing 32,751MB of ram. Before it showed 32,767. I've ran memtest like I've said and it ran for a good 12 hours showing no errors.

Some people running 32gb of ram have had problems getting it sorted out just right. You probably just nee to tinker with the bios a bit.
Look here and see what others have done.
