CoreTemp VS. CPUID

Thread Starter
I have a question; I'm getting different values reported for VID from CoreTemp and CPUID....sometimes as much as .02

My question is which has been found to be a more accurate depiction of the VID by this community?

core temp is almost always displaying cpu VID incorrectly. always use real temp, hwmonitor and CPUID in addition to core temp.

well i use speed fan to monitor core temps. i found it the most reliable for amd processors, at least for mine. but if you using intel i think core temp is pretty acurate. just found one that you fell confortable or maybe match you bios temperatures

CPUID will always show a more accurate reading than Core Temp. While Cpuid shows my cpu @ 1.275 v, Core Temp shows 1.371. I'm set for 1.275 in my bios.
