If VRAM will be an issue for your GTX 680s you could upgrade. But why not wait until the game is out?
Or if you have an imidiate urge for an upgrade, go for 780 in SLI. They will outperform your 680's
Do you remember when BF3 was about to come out that Dice said "You will need 2 580s to run it smoothly?" That was crap (unless you consider smoothly = 100+ fps, which would be ridiculous since 60fps is a complete smooth experience). Same here, they were running the game on an "over-powered-pc-for-that-game" to have the best possible performance and exhibit. If I were you I'd wait for the 800 series, GTX680 sli is way more than enough; And a single 880 may be as fast as an sli of 680s (and cheaper at the same time). Keep in mind that the 800 series are going to be between us next year.
