how the sharing thing worked (ie all designated family members are allowed unlimited access to all shared games, including multiple concurrent users), or is this all speculation so far?
I would be insanely surprised if Microsoft (and publishers) allowed for that. If I had to guess off the top of my head (given Microsoft's history, and video game publishers' greed), I would guess it is a few hour trial period, or only one "family member" could be playing the game at any one time. That or family members all have to have the same last name associated with their profile or something.
With how EVERY large publisher seems to hate used-game sales, there is no way on earth they would make it easier for people to share a single game purchase (1 game shared among 7 or 8 friends, as mentioned in the quote) without severe restrictions, and some sort of financial benefit to the publisher.
Maybe they would just institute more microtransactions and DLC? Those are always fun.
