Thinking about delidding, What thermal paste?

Thread Starter
Pretty much the title, I own a 3570k that runs at 4.5ghz at If i recall correctly 1.265v, and it hits about 75C under full load with Prime. I am thinking if i delid it i can raise the voltage and get more clock speed. But my question is, What is the best thermal paste for the job? I want lowest temps. From what i've seen people say use CLU, but when i looked it up there were a lot of warnings of it drying up in about 6 months, Any better stuff/way to avoid this?

I have only heard about clu drying up between the heatsink and the IHS. From what I have read it will stay fine between the IHS and die due to it being a metal->nonmetal junction.

CoolLaboratory Liquid Ultra for the IHS; non-capacitive or conductive, but thermally magical.
