yes it is, BTW don't expect to have massive decrease in temps unless you delid your CPU.

intel skimped on the thermal solder behind the IHS cover it currently holds the same cheap and low quality thermal paste used in ivybridge kookoo.gif . you can either live with it or try to implement a solution your self.
