Gigabyte X79-UD3 or ASRock X79 Extreme 6?

I'm sorta stuck in deciding which motherboard to go with. My Asus P9X79 Deluxe died on me and there's no chance on getting an RMA because there's no international warranty on the product. I need to purchase a new motherboard now.

Which one of the two should I go with and why? I'm leaning towards the ASRock motherboard because of the simplicity in the color scheme as well as the increased number of memory dimm slots.

The UD3 is not a bad choice now that it's bios is matured. It is pretty flexible with its ability to run quad gpu.

But is it a better overclocker than the ASRock Extreme 6?

Considering it's the mb used for some records, I'd say it has no problem overclocking. It is however a very trim board, very low of features.

I highly recommend the Extreme9 x79. If you need a feature rich board its got about everything you could need. And the price had finally come down a bit. I just overclocked my 3930K to 5ghz with it as well. And I'ma noob to OCing.
