Battlefield 3 jitter/crash problem

Hello all! I'm having some major issues with BF3. I'll be playing for anywhere between 5 - 30 minutes and then my graphics glitch out, screen goes black, and then my computer freezes and I have to do a hard restart.

I have researched the problem but I have yet to find a viable solution. So far I have tried old and new drivers, windowed mode, setting the graphics on low (I know my computer can handle the game on max settings -- see below for rig specs), and I have tried with no other programs (EVGA Precision X, MSI Afterburner, etc) running in the background. I have reseated my SLi bridge just to make sure it wasn't a hardware problem and I have tried all the SLi rendering modes available to me from NVIDIA Recommended all the way up to 3-GPU alternate frame rendering 2.

OS: Windows 8 Pro
Mobo - ASRock X79 Extreme11
CPU - i7 3970X @ 3.50GHz (I do not have it overclocked)
GPU - 3-way SLi GeForce GTX TITAN (All running at clock speeds -- no changes have been made with outside software and I am only pushing base clock voltages)
RAM - 32GB Corsair Vengeance @ 2133MHz (4GB x8)
PSU - EVGA SuperNOVA NEX1500 Classified (running in single rail mode for SLi)
Sound card - ASUS Xonar Essence STX (not that this would have any input on the problem)
Monitor - Dell Ultra Sharp 30" -- 2560x1600, 60Hz refresh rate

I haven't had any issues running any other games (Farcry 3, Crysis 3, Hitman: Abso, EvE Online) so I've narrowed the issue down to something with BF3 but beyond that....I'm at a loss.

Thanks in advance for any help!

Have you disabled SLI to see if its and SLI compatibility problem(Doubt it but worth a try) What drivers have your tried? Have you tried re installing the game?
