I solve the problem. Apparently, I had to do more digging to find the solution.

reported the same problem that I had, and their solution. Both of them use Dir-655 B1, Firmware 2.10NA. That was the problem, it was the 2.10NA firmware, I just had to downgrade it to the 2.07. I wasn't even aware that it could be downgrade since I keep hearing the 1.3 firmware from A1 Revision couldn't be downgraded after certain revision. Thank god I could. It'd save me a $80 to having buy an another one.

I actually brought the same router and see if I can duplicate the problem, but thankfully I solve it before I need to open it. Now to return both router...(the Netgear and the new dir-655 that I didn't use)

Thanks for listening to my problem with this. Thankfully, I think I'm done. I solve the uTorrent's issue with "Parameter isn't working" error or something and the Delayed Write Failed on Event Viewer by disabling cache write to HDD. Now, I think it's time to finish routing the cables and putting all of it together to make it look like a computer.

Thanks.

I had the same issue with Hardware B1 and firmware v 2.11NA

I turned off their "Advanced DNS" and replaced it with 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4

Voila! Worked like a charm.
