why DO I keep those old disks...

I actually have a USB 5.25 floppy disk reader. I got it for a guy that was going for his PhD and had all sort of disks from his BS and MS days that he wanted to get data off.

Surprisingly probably 75% were still readable and had all the data yet. When we were done I kept the disk reader...it was a good conversation piece for a few years.
