Ram Timings -

800MHz 5-5-5-15 2T

CPU Config -> DRAM Timings....

Is this the bit I should change? If so what too

Once that is done what should I try OC'ing too

Thanks I really appreciate any help

What they mean by divider is to actually set the Dram freq at a certain value that is divided from the stock CPU frequency.

The thruth is that Asus does it in another way. You see the 800 setting you mentioned. That is your "divider". The real ram freq can be computed like this:
- FSB*RAM_FREQ/200
In your case 200*800/200=800MHz
If you OC @205FSB you get 205*800/200=820MHz As you see it's quite a lot, so the idea is to lower the "800" setting. I'm sure you can choose 400, 533 or 667. Choose 667 and for a 205FSB your ram would be at:
- 205*667/200=683, so well within the safety margin.

Tune this Ram frequency so that you'll always be below 800 no matter what's the FSB! Although this is an approximation of the real freq it's a good starting point.
