Software to test Haswell CPU after hammer delidding

I'm about to delid my 4770k using the hammer-&-vice method. What I want to know - is there any software that tests every single CPU operation. I dont think Prime95, Sandra etc, actually test every single operation of the CPU ? I'm happy to pay for sofware if it's reasonably priced. Does anyone know what's out there that tests every last CPU operation ?

Prime 95 will find a fault. In my experience, a damaged CPU can become highly voltage intolerant and frequency intolerant, so overclock the CPU and use a high voltage such as 1.35v. This will determine a fault much quicker, should there be one after delidding.
Hope this helps.

I found it! Intel have an application that specifially tests CPU operation, called the "Processor Diagnostic Tool" :
http://www.intel.com/support/processors/sb/CS-031726.htm

I doubt Prime95 would test every operation of the x86 instruction set. Prime95 is designed to generate Prime Numbers.

But it looks like the Intel diagnostic softare is exactly what I was looking for.
