Corsair HX750 Problem

Thread Starter
Well I have had the HX 750 for about 3 years now and recently upgraded to a GTX 770 Graphics card. Sometimes games just close off or the pc reboot It'self when in games and I noticed something in GPU-Z after 1 of my games shut off.

I see that it is dropping into the Minus's when the games close off. Does this mean the PSU is on it's way out?

It does sound like OCP kicking in

I had a crappy LC Power PSU that did the same thing every time i would turn on AA

Either that or your system overheats

Last dont trust sofware readings they are almost never right

When I had a HD 7970 everything was fine. It's only started happening after getting the GTX 770. Temps are fine, always under 60°C - CPU and GPU.

Does it happen every time you open any game or is it only in the game while you play it happens

Also are you using the newest Nvidia driver?

It's only happening while playing games. Sometimes I can run games for hours sometimes a lot less before they crash or pc reboots itself. I'm using the 318.20 drivers but it also happens on the 320.08 GTX 770 only driver.

I am pretty sure its a driver problem almost everyone says the 320 drivers SUCKS

Go back to 314.22 and the problem sould go away
